The R factor analysis shows that: Ti, Ga, Rb, Y, Zr, Nb, Hf, SiO_2, Al_2O_3, P, Mn, Zn, As, Br, Sr, MgO, CaO and Na_2O are mostly related to the povenance of source rocks which was directly controlled by the chemical weathering intensity; Zr, Hf, V, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, As, Rb, Fe_2O_3, Al_2O_3, and K_2O can reflect the content of clay which is possibly related to the element redistribution in the process of diagenesis; Fe_2O_3 P and Mn can record the paleo-productivity and Fe_2O_3, MnO are usually formed under the condition of adlittoral and oxidated environment. Warm-humid and cold-dry environment can been qualitative indicated by Q factor analysis.
